The place is special and clean. Everything is great. Really kind and understanding staff ensures you spend a great time here. the guest room is cheap with 3 single beds, a balcony, plus good windows. the location is marvelous, minutes from a 216m-tall TV tower. They serve cheap food and have a wide array of options to choose from. Every time in Prague, we stay in this hotel.

Stayed for 6 nights in this special place, truly enjoyed that. Helpful and experienced staff that liked their guests. The unit we got was great-sized and budget with good windows, smal table, as example. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, a minute walk from Old Jewish Cemetery in Zizkov.

Had fine stay in the winter with very amiable staff and excellent location to the historical area. Truly enjoyed our a nice size and brand-new room with breakfast and the ancient-style building. Everything was perfect.

Easter break was quite affordable with plenty of options available, including the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I liked that the hotel had an elevator, which made it easy to get to my room on the upper floors.
Dislikes included the high noise level from traffic outside and the lack of proper maintenance of the hotel building, such as the peeling paint and sagging curtains. The room I stayed in could have been cleaner, and there was a musty smell that persisted throughout the stay.

I liked reasonably large and budget room here.
Booked a room with a bathtub. Location: the hotel was adjacent to National Theatre.

The rooms are reasonably spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds and safe. Nice touch to have central heating, an iron and ironing board, and satellite television. - the hotel has a marvelous and beautiful location near the center of Prague. - the staff is really kind and very good.

The staff was easygoing, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. My triple room was equipped with central heating, an iron/ironing board and multi-channel TV. The location was perfect and beautiful for walking around a 216m-tall tv tower. There were a market and convenience stores around the hotel. I really enjoyed a modest restaurant with a Chinese menu.

Property was charming, with amicable stuff and stunning location in the Žižkov area. Location: the hotel was not far from St Charles Bridge, the main train station and the center of the city and the railway;)))

For us as locals, finding a decent spot nearby the city centre for reasonable prices is a challenge. This hotel came to our notice with its strategic location by tram and several quality local restaurants. On the downside, the room had some maintenance issues and a small size.
The hotel disappointed us with its poor hospitality.

It is close to city centre-15 min walk so you don't even have to use the tram. The bathroom was nice, there was lots of light in the room. In 4 days we got each 2 clean towels. WiFi in the room.
Strange hair in the bed, they probably don't change the bed sheets too often. Matress was too soft, so be prepared for some lower back pain. WiFi signal in the room was weak, it was best near the door.

The bed was very comfortable.
The stuff was very unfriendly and did not speak english. They also were not able to give us some advise about places in the city.

During my recent stay at Pension Prague City, I had a great experience with the staff. I had a bad back and when I mentioned it at check-in, they kindly changed me to a ground floor room, saving me from having to climb the stairs. The room itself was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of heating in the room and a "prison door" entrance, I would still recommend this budget-friendly option for a stay in warm weather. I had a pleasant stay at Pension Prague City.
